Breathe differently

When diving, breathing isn’t just about air.
It influences our rhythm, our calm, our focus and the way we engage with the marine world.

With Breathe differently, Diving Aware offers a practical approach to slowing down underwater, regaining your breath and developing a more mindful dive.

This approach can be experienced as a non-certification workshop focusing on breathing, mindfulness and conscious observation. For divers who wish to work more specifically on buoyancy, weighting and technical control, it can be supplemented by the official speciality PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy.

Breath & Presence Workshop

A non-accredited workshop exploring breathing as a point of reference underwater.
The aim is to slow down, become more aware of your own pace, take your time to observe your surroundings, and minimise your impact on the marine environment.

Format: swimming pool, sheltered waters or calm sea
Audience: certified divers, photographers, guides, environmentally conscious divers
Objective: souffle, calme, présence, observation

PADI Buoyancy Control Option

For divers who wish to develop their technical buoyancy control further, the workshop can be supplemented by the PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy speciality, taught within the official PADI framework.

Objective: buoyancy, ballast, stability, technical proficiency
Context: Official PADI speciality
Certification: in accordance with PADI requirements and standards

The full course combines the Diving Aware approach to breathing and mindfulness with technical work on buoyancy.
It is aimed at divers who wish to develop a more relaxed, stable and environmentally conscious approach to diving.

Context and security
